This year my family celebrated Christmas at my aunt and uncle’s house, so I volunteered to make dessert. I decided to make individual brownie cheesecakes. I made both chocolate and plain cheesecake. I decorated the top of the cheesecakes with chocolate ganache.
Because one of my cousin’s can’t eat gluten, I also decided to make gluten-free cheesecake blondies (so they would be easy to tell apart from the brownies). Both were a huge hit and a great way to finish off a delicious meal.
