My friends hosted a St Patrick’s Day party this year. After seeing a recipe for Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes, I knew they would be perfect to bring. I also brought the left over Shamrock Shake Cupcakes I had taken to work the day before. Both were a big hit at the party.
St Patrick’s Day Sprinkle’s added some green to the cupcakes.
The chocolate cupcake was made with Guinness and then filled with a Jameson Chocolate Ganache and topped with Irish Cream Frosting.
